PG Dip Nursing, BSc Sociology, IBCLC. Practicing Specialist Nurse and Neonatal Feeding Lead.

I am a dedicated healthcare professional specialising in lactation during neonatal care, currently practicing as a Neonatal Feeding Lead. As a Registered Nurse and an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to support new mothers and their infants, driving forward positive change to feeding practices and promoting breastfeeding in more complex situations. Working both in the NHS and privately (through referral only) has enabled me to support, inspire and help many families with feeding. My passion lies in nurturing new parents who have had a difficult start to breastfeeding, supporting emotional well-being as well as practical aspects of feeding. I am committed to providing compassionate and evidence-based care. I am excited about always improving education around breastfeeding, the journey of breastfeeding continues long past lactation! I can really say that breastfeeding my own children changed the course of my career. The Centre for Breastfeeding Education and Research London inspired me. Now I offer this back. An absolute privilege.

Outside of work, I enjoy cold water swimming. My young children keep me busy along with meeting so many inspiring people
